About Us: At Education and Migration Services Australia (EMSA), we provide tailored advice and support for students looking to pursue their education in Australia. As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Role Overview: The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote EMSA's services, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. You will analyse market trends and conduct research to create content, manage campaigns, and optimise our advertising efforts to reach our target audience, ultimately boosting sales and ensuring EMSA's success in the market.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute EMSA's short- and long-term marketing strategy.Advise Senior Management and Leadership team on strategies and campaigns to reach our target market.Manage EMSA's suite of Social Media Platforms including contracts, content, and branding.Analyse market trends in the international education and migration sector.Identify opportunities to expand EMSA's services and/or footprint.Manage our marketing agencies in creating marketing content including: graphic design, copywriting, video production for social media, and reporting.Manage the marketing budget.Develop, implement, and manage EMSA's Marketing Calendar.Organise face-to-face events and promote via our distribution channels.Monitor and optimise EMSA's SEO across our platforms.Monitor the effectiveness of EMSA's marketing initiatives.Analyse data from our social media platforms and EMSA's marketing platforms.Report to Senior Management on the effectiveness of EMSA's marketing initiatives and suggest improvements and updates to enhance.Key Skills & Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Marketing Specialist experience, preferably in the education & migration sector or related fields.Digital marketing proficiency in SEO, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.Knowledge of the Australian education system and visa processes and migration policies and target audience requirements.Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.Fluent in both Spanish and English.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proven ability to meet marketing KPIs.Cultural sensitivity & awareness of diverse cultural backgrounds in international-focused campaigns.Ability to measure campaign success and adjust strategies accordingly.Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing excellent service.Qualifications: Degree in marketing, with experience in the education or migration sectors.Benefits: Competitive salary.Opportunity for professional growth and development.Work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.Make a difference by helping students achieve their educational goals.If you're passionate about marketing in the education and migration industry and are ready to take on an exciting role, we want to hear from you!
