What you'll be doing Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.Create compelling advertising campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media.Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms to ensure a strong online presence.Analyse market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities and improve marketing efforts.Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.Measure and report on the performance of marketing activities, using data to inform future strategies.Assist with the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.What we're looking for 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role, ideally within the automotive or retail industry.Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, advertising, and content creation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse and interpret marketing performance metrics.Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, and social media management tools.Proactive, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.What we offer At Ultimate Tyre Services Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
