Position Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist with exceptional digital skills.
This role will focus on developing and executing online and offline marketing strategies across various channels, with an emphasis on future techniques, including AI-driven marketing solutions in the home services arena.
The ideal candidate will also have experience with call centre metrics and levers to optimise customer engagement and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Utilise AI tools and analytics to enhance targeting, segmentation, and personalisation of marketing campaigns.
Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the company websites.
Optimise content for SEO to improve organic search visibility and traffic.
Performance Tracking and Analytics: Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance using metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
Lead and review third-party marketing partners.
Leverage call centre metrics to assess customer interactions and improve service delivery.
Campaign Management: Manage PPC, display, and social media advertising campaigns for all brands, ensuring they meet budget and performance targets.
Experiment with emerging digital marketing techniques and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve customer engagement and service efficiency.
AI Integration: Research and implement AI-driven marketing tools and technologies that enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
Stay informed about advancements in AI and digital marketing to continuously evolve strategies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the home services industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
Experience with call centre metrics and an understanding of how to leverage them for improved marketing performance.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics) and marketing automation platforms.
Familiarity with AI applications in marketing, such as chatbots, predictive analytics, and personalised content delivery.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
