Responsibilities: • Develop market objectives and strategies for both the local Australian and international markets to ensure the company achieves sales growth across various countries.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new and existing products in different markets, including analyzing consumer demands, competitors, and industry trends to provide data support for product line development.
• Provide recommendations for product mix and pricing strategies tailored to different markets to ensure the competitiveness and attractiveness of the company's products in each country.
• Design and write marketing activity plans, including both online and offline events, to enhance the brand's visibility globally.
• Regularly analyze market data and consumer feedback, generating monthly market analysis reports to assess the effectiveness of the company's marketing activities, and propose improvement suggestions for different markets.
• Research and analyze the cultural and consumption habits of each country, providing recommendations for brand localization strategies to ensure effective communication of brand messages.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and market dynamics, evaluate competitors' market activities, and timely adjust the company's marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Responsible for developing digital media marketing plans, including content and strategic direction for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, aimed at enhancing brand awareness and user engagement.
Requirements: • Diploma degree or higher.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist.
• Have experience of developing social media marketing plans.
• Experience with data analysis tools.
• Experience in participating in large-scale exhibitions, industry seminars, or marketing events.
• Familiarity with various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, etc.
• Proficiency in English is essential; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
