About the role
An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts across New Zealand and Australia. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with our diverse customer base in both regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local markets, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving brand growth.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of the New Zealand and Australian markets.Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, ensuring data-driven decision-making.Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximize marketing effectiveness.Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for both regions, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.Brand Development: Enhance brand awareness and positioning in both markets, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, agencies, and media outlets.Skills & Experience Required: Master's degree in marketing required Experience in electrical industry (specifically in equipment and commodities for electricians)Sales and Marketing experience in this industry (ideally around an electrical network)Must be bilingual French / English as you will be the interface between Rexel and Bizline head office (based in Paris)Experience in international companies would be an advantage.Why join Rexel?
