Marketing Specialist

POSITION CONTEXT The Marketing Specialist is required to assist in the design, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns in the APAC region to help generate leads and sales.
POSITION OVERVIEW KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
End-to-end ownership of marketing campaigns Help define the broader marketing strategy for new and existing products Analyse data to determine campaign performance POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Own our social media presence Help shape the content marketing strategy Keep existing marketing collateral updated and relevant Manage customer email comms Create highly targeted direct mail campaigns Drive customer advocacy and the adoption of our customer referral program Own the development of video customer testimonials (via Teams or in person) Help manage various agencies for paid search, digital design, and development (both locally and internationally) Provide detailed reporting on campaign activity Manage the app development project and its launch strategy Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to get the job done PERSONAL SPECIFICATION SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

3-4+ years of marketing Proven experience in house or agency as a marketing specialist Background in the telecommunication industry Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns Experience with app development project Excellent written communication skills Strong project management experience A proven ability to positively impact sales and customer experience performance QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Marketing or equivalent Requires advanced experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Requires advanced experience with Canva for in-house designs Experience with essential digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta and others is essential. Ability to use WordPress Job Type: Full-time
