Mater Foundation are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join the team! This permanent, full-time role will be based at our Newstead campus.

Salary: Commensurate with experience plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 What you'll be doing Help develop, implement and execute appropriate marketing activities and collateral for Mater Foundation to positively support the strategic objectives of the organisation.Provide marketing advice and support to key business units and stakeholders.Execute marketing strategies that drive revenue and customer engagement.Develop and execute, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, EDM and SMS campaign elements in line with campaign strategy.Collaborate across Mater Group to foster relationships with donors, patients, Mater staff and community supporters to develop story content for campaigns as required.Develop written and video cause stories, in conjunction with marketing team members, to appropriate lengths and quality for selected communication channels.Collaborate with co-workers to manage and maintain communication channels, tools, processes and systems.Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Undertake monitoring, analysis and reporting on the outcomes of marketing tactics and activities.Strive for continuous improvement and effectiveness of marketing activities.Actively build and advocate for a strong consumer/donor and patient focus across all areas of the organisation.Provide support for ongoing marketing activities to protect and enhance the Mater brand.Execute projects, events, and campaigns within budget and allocated timeframes and support the team to achieve strategic and operational objectives.About you You will have a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or media and a minimum 3 years demonstrated relevant work experience in a similar field or technical communication environment. You will also meet the below criteria:
Demonstrated experience in delivering successful integrated marketing and communication campaigns, growing brand awareness and achieving revenue/business targets.Demonstrated experience in content creation, including concept, copy, collateral design and video application.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, digital asset management systems, content management systems, and digital platforms including email systems, social media and websites.Knowledge of contemporary marketing principles and evolving trends, including digital communications.Demonstrated experience briefing and providing feedback to internal specialists or external agencies.Mater is Queensland's largest and most innovative not-for-profit healthcare service, providing care for almost 700,000 patients a year across a network of 11 hospitals.
