Uniq Stone is South Australia's leading business in the design and construction of high-quality stone benchtops with over 25 years of experience.
With recent Federal regulation changes to the industry, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to manage the marketing and communication as we adjust to these new regulatory requirements.
We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This individual will play a critical role in executing data-driven marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering customer engagement across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in overseeing marketing campaigns, analysing consumer behaviour, and driving new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities include: Develop targeted marketing strategies that effectively promote Uniq Stone's unique brand to local audiences.
Utilise a blend of digital and traditional platforms, such as social media, local advertising, email marketing, and in-store promotions, to enhance brand awareness and drive customer traffic.
Strategically allocate and monitor the marketing budget to maximise return on investment (ROI).
Ensure campaigns are cost-effective and generate value by tracking expenses and identifying high-impact areas.
Work closely with the operations and sales teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns that align with Uniq Stone's business objectives.
Collaborate on product launches, seasonal promotions, and special offers to drive in-store and online sales.
Analyse local market trends and customer preferences to tailor marketing strategies that resonate with the community.
Use customer feedback, competitor analysis, and trend insights to adjust campaigns and optimise results.
Oversee the creation, approval, and distribution of engaging marketing content that reflects Uniq Stone's brand identity.
This includes managing social media posts, newsletters, promotional materials, and in-store displays to create a cohesive and appealing brand presence.
Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities for business expansion, enhanced customer loyalty, and increased engagement.
Explore partnerships with local businesses and influencers to strengthen the brand's reach.
Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Use data insights and feedback to refine future campaigns, enhance customer engagement, and optimize overall marketing efforts.
Attend industry events for networking, brand promotion, and product launches to represent Uniq Stone and build valuable relationships within the community.
To be considered for this role you must have: Minimum education requirement: Diploma in Marketing or higher.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist.
Proven expertise in both digital marketing (e.g., SEO, SEM, email, social media) and traditional marketing platforms.
Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, SE Ranking) and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience in managing marketing budgets and reporting campaign performance.
Fluency in English with bilingual proficiency is an advantage.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for business expansion.
Strong collaboration and team leadership skills, with experience working across different departments to achieve marketing goals.
Skills in graphic design, including the creation of marketing materials and visual content, which will enhance brand communication and engagement.
Experience in product design would be beneficial.
An attractive renumeration will be offered to the right candidate with a salary range of $70,000 to $75,000.
