Your Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Specialist - HealthTech to join our team, based at our head office in North Ryde.
This is an opportunity to make a real impact by providing marketing support to our highly successful healthcare businesses.
This is a challenging and varied role supporting the execution of business plans through the provision of a wide range of marketing assistance.
Key duties include:
Ensuring the brand communication through enforcing brand guidelines and policy in conference, partnerships, promotions and creative collateral.Managing conferences, sponsorships, and all educational courses ensuring business objectives are met and delivered on time.Coordinating marketing budgets, processing payments, reconciling budgets, and tracking yearly expenditure vs. budgets.Taking ownership of digital marketing components for the team, creating landing pages for events and product launches, constructing digital newsletters, monitoring and amending Philips websites, and ensuring all content is relevant and up to date.Supporting the commercial team with ad-hoc marketing related projects and all associated operational duties.Your Team:

As part of the Marketing team, you will work alongside the highly driven commercial teams.
More broadly, you will be working as part of the wider Philips Healthcare team and have daily interactions with internal stakeholders from across the business.
About you:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.3-5 years experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, and/or events management role, working within a B2B environment.Healthcare background is preferred (Pharmaceutical or Medical devices) but not highly required; FMCG background can be considered as well.Strong Stakeholder Management experience.A proactive and action-oriented approach with the ability to roll out pre-developed strategies in a timely manner.A creative mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality marketing collateral.Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrable organization skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder projects and operational activities.Our Offer:
