You'll play a key role in crafting targeted communications, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, that foster member engagement and retention.

What will you do?
Develop and execute eDM campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support Member Experience initiatives for Teachers Health, Nurses & Midwives Health, UniHealth and subsidiary businesses, ensuring communications are targeted, personalised, and aligned with member engagement goals.
Design and build eDM assets such as templates, banners, and graphics, ensuring consistency with our brand and enhancing the visual appeal of communications.
Manage and optimise the email marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns that support member initiatives.
Analyse eDM performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and relevant regulations, including data protection and privacy laws, to protect member information.
Maintain and update the email subscriber list to ensure data accuracy and maximise the effectiveness of targeted communications.
Collaborate with the Member Experience team to understand their objectives and translate them into effective digital marketing campaigns that drive member engagement and retention Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Communications, and Information Services, to ensure seamless execution of digital asset development.
Champion growth opportunities for general and travel insurance products by leading cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
Leverage advanced skills in targeted eDM campaigns, personalised communications, and digital marketing strategies to ensure members see enhanced value.
Oversee the creation of digital assets for general and travel insurance products, working with our design team to create assets, and our digital agency to ensure these assets are integrated seamlessly into our paid digital media.
Design, deploy and manage A/B tests to incrementally improve upon campaign metrics such as engagement, retention and uptake of products.
Manage and implement member referral promotions and gift card lodgements, including audit process and monthly reporting.
What do you need?
3+ years marketing experience Demonstrated experience working in digital paid advertising Experience in building and optimising eDM campaigns, including hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud required, ensuring high deliverability rates, engagement, and overall campaign performance.
Familiarity with email marketing tools, CRM systems, and basic HTML/CSS for creating and managing eDMs.
Strong interpersonal skills for working closely with cross-functional teams and external digital agencies.
