Sarina Russo Job Access (Australia) Pty Ltd is currently looking for someone to join our team in developing and coordinating JCUB International's recruitment and marketing activities in China and South East Asia. This is a full-time role based in Brisbane. As the Marketing Specialist – Director of International Student Recruitment, you will be accountable for leading and managing the onshore and offshore international enrolment targets. Your responsibilities will include: Representing the University at recruitment events, international education fora and with sponsoring bodies and government departments.Raising the profile of JCUB as a preferred destination to increase the intake of high-quality international students across a diverse range of programs.Maintaining a strong liaison role with international institutional partners and recruiting agents within the specified geographical region.Managing a team of recruitment staff or contractors, to implement recruitment plans to ensure recruitment targets are met.Preparing an annual schedule of international promotional recruitment opportunities, including online campaigns, travel dates and events, related activities, costs and targets to maximise penetration within each target market.Systematically gathering, disseminating and utilising qualitative and quantitative market intelligence to monitor country, agent and channel performance, identifying trends and solutions early in the recruitment cycle.To be considered for employment and to be successful in this role, you will need: Previous experience in a similar role with a demonstrated record in international student recruitment.Postgraduate qualification (or currently completing) in marketing, communications or business with extensive experience.Previous management experience, including managing a team.Demonstrated ability to develop a range of marketing and communication strategies.Experience dealing with print, digital media, event planning and social media, including identifying and capitalising on emerging social media opportunities.Cultural awareness and sensitivity to assist with interpersonal communications to both internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and the "International Community."At Sarina Russo Job Access, we are committed to an inclusive workplace that embraces and promotes diversity.
