Position Overview As the Marketing Specialist (CRM) at Hutcheon and Pearce, your role will be to Support all Business Functions and the wider Company by coordinating and executing marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Process improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve CRM-related processes and procedures to enhance data quality, efficiency, and user experience. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, branches, and IT to understand business requirements and ensure the CRM aligns with organisation needs. Enhancements: Evaluate new releases / enhancements of the CRM system to determine functionality requirements and impacts to the existing systems and processes. Adoption: Develop and implement a strategy to promote the adoption of the CRM system across the business. User Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on CRM system functionalities, best practice and data entry standards. Planning & Reporting: Collaborate with the Aftermarket Sales Manager & Marketing Manager to deliver targeted aftermarket campaigns Campaign Implementation: Execute aftermarket marketing campaigns across e-dm's and point-of-sale channels and provide briefs where required Catalogues: Oversee the development of Aftermarket catalogues. Website: Ensure aftermarket website content is current. Marketing Support: Provide marketing support to the team as needed, collaborating on projects and initiatives to drive overall marketing and company success. Customer Insights: Assist in conducting customer experience calls to gain valuable insights and feedback. The Ideal Candidate should have: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field. Proven experience as a CRM Administrator or in a similar role with hands-on experience in CRM system management and / or proven experience in marketing coordination. Strong editing, proofreading skills with good attention to detail. Excellent organisational and project management skills to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Drive for continuous improvement.
