As our Marketing & Social Media Strategist, you'll be the caretaker of our brand, providing innovative ideas, who not only excels in their field but also possesses kindness, and a genuine passion for what they do.
We are a busy Real Estate Company based in Success & Palmyra specialising in real estate sales & leasing.
Responsibilities include: Conduct market research and gather data on consumer trends, competitors, and industry developments. Collaborate with the team to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives. Contribute creative ideas and suggestions for improving marketing strategies and campaigns. Manage our social media accounts. Create and manage podcasts. Produce videos - property & corporate. Create engaging reels. Maintain our marketing and content calendar. Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns and strategies. Coordinate, create, and schedule online content, including social media posts and videos. About you: Full of personality and naturally creative with a passion for Real Estate and a keen aesthetic eye. Exceptional proofreader with creative copywriting ability and attention to detail. Highly developed organisational skills and time management. A strong interest in digital marketing trends, and a solid knowledge of the aspirational social brand landscape. Skills in photography, video, and editing/graphic design to produce quality content. Working knowledge of the following software (or comparable platforms): Adobe Software/Photoshop/InDesign WordPress Canva You live and breathe social media and are up to date on what's trending.
