MoTackle & Outdoors is looking for a Marketing Manager/Social Media team member to join our growing business.
We are looking for an experienced person to facilitate EDM email marketing activities within MOTACKLE & OUTDOORS.
This is a full-time permanent in-house role located in Coffs Harbour, NSW.
The key focus for this hands-on role is to deliver exceptional social and marketing EDM programs for our fishing and camping departments online and in-store.
At MO Tackle & Outdoors, we live, eat, and breathe all things fishing and camping.
We are the largest fishing tackle shop in Australia with a huge range of fishing tackle and outdoor gear, including but not limited to fishing, camping, hiking, spear fishing, and surfing.

The successful applicant must have proven experience in the marketing and media space, with excellent communication skills and proven knowledge surrounding marketing and advertising, including but not limited to social media.
The role Key Responsibilities: Producing 2 email marketing newsletters per week, utilizing the Photoshop suite (Mac computers).
Assisting with marketing assets and promotions in-store and online.
Assisting with the creative direction of visual content and ads.
Communicating with our team to ensure seamless marketing campaigns across all forms of media, including TV and radio advertising.
Google: AdWords management - Experience preferred but not essential.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
A demonstrated passion and knowledge for effective campaign management - Experience preferred but not essential.
Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools essential - Facebook Ads Manager - Experience preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of Facebook algorithm, ranking factors, and search engine algorithms - Experience preferred but not essential.
High attention to detail, with a can-do attitude.
