Are you passionate about Real Estate and Media?
Our client is a leading real estate agency and they are looking for another addition to the team within the Marketing/Social Media department.
This role will have you out and about, attending auctions, filming and being part of all things that are exciting about Real Estate.
You'll work closely with 3 offices, having planning meetings to discuss and improve customer experience and boost digital leads.
This role needs solid knowledge of digital marketing, including website management and online campaigns.
Plus, it helps if you've worked on SEO, CRM, and Social projects before.
Here's a Snippet Of Your Duties:Assist the Agents with their social media and marketing platforms.Work with digital agencies and suppliers to stay on track with timelines and budgets.Team up with our internal folks to make sure our digital stuff is user-friendly.Handle our relationships with agencies for Website, SEO, and Performance.Take charge of publishing website content and creating new pages.About You:Know your way around digital platforms.Have real-world experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar gig.Be good at talking to people and getting your point across.Be a pro at solving problems.Pay close attention to detail and keep things organized.Know how to handle timelines and projects like a champ.Show off your creativity and innovative thinking.Understand and can showcase your knowledge of UX and SEO.It's a bonus if you've worked within the real estate space before as understanding real estate is key here.If you like what you've read and are ticking most of the boxes above, we would love to talk with you!
