About the Opportunity We are looking for a Marketing Services Manager based in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane QLD.
This role is responsible for leading the strategic and operational marketing activities of TVRG, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and driving brand visibility, campaign effectiveness, account management, and market engagement.
Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.Managing brand positioning and ensuring consistency across all platforms.Leading the planning and execution of targeted advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives.Overseeing content creation and digital marketing initiatives.Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.Building relationships with key stakeholders, including media, agencies, and partners.Managing the marketing budget and reporting on campaign performance.Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive marketing projects.Innovating to improve customer engagement and loyalty.Monitoring competitor activities and adapting strategies to maintain competitiveness.Providing guidance and mentorship to other team members.About You This role requires a hands-on all-rounder proficient in both strategy as well as design and execution. You're a mature marketing administrator who has demonstrated prior experience developing and delivering marketing strategies within the commercial space. Demonstrated experience in a similar marketing role will be key to your success.
You'll have well-developed commercial acumen, with the ability to create innovative and unique initiatives that establish a strong market presence for the organisation.
Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and effectively prioritise your own workload will be the key to your success.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will see you establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, alongside liaising with external service providers in a professional manner.
Flexible and adaptable, you'll work well under pressure, with the ability to maintain a high level of quality whilst meeting tight deadlines. The successful candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field or comparable experience.
We're looking for a marketing service manager that has a comprehensive understanding of the digital space and experience to balance that with a traditional marketing strategy, because lead generation is a KPI of this role, alongside brand management.
You will have some admin support; however, this is a hands-on role, so the ability to work in various systems and platforms is essential. We will rely on you to make recommendations for how we can continue to improve these across our sales and marketing space.
Previous experience with the retirement living industry is not essential.
