About the role: We are looking for Marketing Performance Manager to join our Brand & Marketing team and help us maximize the impact of our marketing efforts.
This is an exciting high-profile role where you will have the opportunity to engage and influence key stakeholders across the Customer Business.
You will support the Chief Marketing Officer and the leadership team to translate performance data and insights and lead the Brand and Marketing Quarterly Business Review.
Your role interacts with a diverse range of teams across Marketing, Growth, Value Optimisation and Commercial Planning.
You will be naturally curious and looking to apply your marketing data expertise to drive business performance and support stakeholders in interpreting data and performance by translating complex data sets into plain English actionable insights to guide strategic decision making.
What you can expect in the role: Provide expertise in marketing data availability, quality, and reporting standards to ensure robust campaign performance analysis.
Own and refine campaign attribution models and performance measurement frameworks, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the business.
Continuously optimize campaign analytics methodologies and tools, leveraging industry best practices to automate and enhance self-serve reporting.
Track and report on Brand & Marketing KPIs, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into campaign performance and areas for improvement.
Partner with the Commercial Planning & Insights team to integrate marketing insights into broader commercial performance strategies.
Establish forums and best practice guidelines for performance analysts to foster knowledge sharing and upskilling across the organization.
What we would like to see you bring: Minimum of 5 years in marketing roles, preferably in the energy sector, with proven experience in marketing performance analysis.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in handling large data sets (SQL) and utilizing analytics tools to optimize campaign performance.
Expertise in developing and implementing KPIs and performance metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with energy market dynamics and regulatory considerations to ensure strategic alignment with industry trends.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance media strategies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex performance metrics to diverse audiences.
