Canva's International Marketing Group is a diverse group of marketers who drive user growth, brand awareness, and affinity in our priority international markets.As part of the International Marketing Group, our Europe Marketing team is responsible for driving market-specific growth goals and comprehensive market strategies across Europe in various functions - performance marketing, brand, events, partnerships, social, community engagement and other growth channels.What you'll doAs Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. This role is focused on:Paving the way for Partnerships to contribute to Europe Marketing's goals, namely strong MAU growth and driving consideration of Canva as a tool for work.Building structure around our Partnerships plans, creating frameworks and playbooks to ensure maximum impact and execution quality.Acting as the main POC in key partnership conversations, working with local Growth Marketing Managers for on-ground execution.Managing partnership commercials closely, leading negotiations and ensuring cross-functional stakeholders are integrated into planning.Planning with Canva's 'Two Step Plan' in mind, looking for opportunities for partnerships and activations to serve as a Force For Good.Primarily focused on a B2C audience, while working closely with Canva's B2B team for alignment with regional strategic priorities.What we're looking forYou have senior leadership experience brokering partnerships across Europe, ideally within a startup/scale-up environment.You have a proven track record of delivering successful commercial partnerships with brands that fit Canva.You have experience working within the SME / Knowledge Worker & Consumer space (MLB/Enterprise is a plus).You enjoy designing commercial structures, yet appreciate the need for brand synergy.Bonus: You have designed Owned & Paid Event Sponsorships aligned to strategic goals at various stages of the Marketing funnel.What's in it for you?Achieving our goals motivates us to work hard, but you'll experience moments of magic, connectivity, and fun at Canva.
