And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Marketing Operations Specialist you'll provide key insights, advice, and support to our business unit (BU). Your mission? To deliver initiatives that boost our marketing and communications efficiency, effectiveness, and performance.Day To Day, You'llHelp us smash our BU goals and objectives by providing your expertise and support.Contribute to strategies that keep our operations smooth and compliant, while growing our team's capability and capacity.Support planning processes and developing insightful business reports.Oversee our vendors and suppliers, ensuring they follow our procurement policies to the letter.Create, document, and embed operational processes, procedures, workflows, and best practices to streamline our operations.Keep a close eye on our BU budget (including FTE cap), assist with rolling forecasts, and make sure every penny spent brings value to our members.Identify, evaluate, and manage the tools and technologies that will make our team more efficient and simplify complex tasks.Support our BU objectives in enterprise portfolio and change programs, making sure we're always on track.Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Encourage the team to use the best marketing operations frameworks and methodologies.Coordinate requirements like disaster recovery, business continuity, internal audits, and industry responses to keep us prepared for anything.Tackle ad hoc projects that drive operational excellence and help us achieve our BU goals.This role is a 10-month max-term/secondment opportunity due to parental leave.About YouIt goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them.
