What this job involves:
We're looking for a Marketing & Operations Manager to join our high performing Capital Markets – Retail team! You will be involved in managing the end-to-end marketing campaigns and driving strategic initiatives to enhance the team's presence.
Note, this is a fixed term role covering maternity leave for 12 months.
A snapshot of the role:
Work alongside heads of the business to manage day-to-day team operations & processes including finance monitoring, budgeting and back-of-house upkeep End-to-end marketing & project management for sale campaigns including creation of marketing collateral and ensuring project is delivered on time and within budget Maintain a high level of communication throughout campaigns with clients Manage external suppliers to deliver marketing content for both property and team related marketing Create and drive the rollout of ongoing marketing strategies Create and manage the rollout of client events Sound like you? Prior experience in a similar role Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate (verbal and written) complex information in a concise way Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with various stakeholders Highly organised with the ability to coordinate projects with a variety of stakeholders Possess a can-do attitude and enjoys collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders You love getting deep into the development of systems and processes that help improve how the teams operate What you can expect from us:
