About the Role:
As the Marketing Operations Manager at Brisbane Digital Co, you will lead the operational aspects of our web, marketing and creative service offering, ensuring the smooth execution of strategic client initiatives while also helping to increase our brand visibility. Reporting to our Co-Founder / Head of Sales and Marketing, this newly created role will be crucial in shaping the company's growth trajectory into 2025 and beyond.
Monday – Friday.
Minimum 30 hours per week.
Brendale office.

Key Responsibilities: Operations & People Management Manage and streamline day-to-day operations including people management of our web, marketing and creative team. Drive improvements in client service strategies, ensuring an excellent client experience. Coordinate cross-departmental projects that enhance operational efficiency. Act as the primary point of contact for resolving operational issues and enquiries. Shape the learning, development and career progression of our team. Lead the company's People & Culture initiatives. Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and spending. Strategic Marketing Lead client facing strategic meetings and workshops with the support of our digital strategists or creative specialists. Develop and implement psychology driven website and marketing strategies to achieve company and client objectives. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform and evolve marketing tactics and processes. Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing content across multiple channels for a diverse portfolio of SMEs from start-ups to established businesses. Evaluate and refine marketing processes to optimise efficiency and impact. Facilitate communication and collaboration between marketing and sales teams, including those client side. Oversee the execution of marketing packages and web projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and accurate messaging. Prepare regular performance reports and oversee the creation of presentations and reports for clients. Cultivate relationships with clients, key industry stakeholders and local networks. Promote a culture of creativity and growth. Contribute to the long-term vision and strategy for the company's growth and success. Develop strategies to increase market awareness to reach new audiences in conjunction with Head of Sales & Marketing. Ideal Experience and Skills: Proven senior experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally with operations experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proven ability to build rapport and long-term relationships both internally and externally. Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills with an aptitude for problem solving. Ability to analyse performance metrics and report on business success. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to innovation. Competence in adapting and implementing new technologies to optimise operations and client delivery. Understanding of psychology-based marketing approaches essential and understanding, paid ads technical experience advantageous but not essential. Apply today
