This role is integral to our marketing and communications team's capacity to reach strategic goals in client acquisition, retention, and brand reputation. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple channels, contributing to campaigns that align with our firm's business objectives.
Role Responsibilities Event Management: Plan and execute events aligned with business objectives and brand reputation, delivering measurable impacts in client engagement, lead generation, and ROI. Brand Governance: Ensure consistent branding across all channels, events, and partnerships. Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns—prospecting, content development, channel selection, and event execution—to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: Utilise digital channels for lead generation and to nurture client relationships throughout the sales funnel. Client Centricity: Leverage data-driven insights to understand and respond to client needs by segment, ensuring all marketing activities are client-centered. Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal teams and industry partners to support business development and ensure marketing alignment with firm-wide objectives. Data & Tech Utilisation: Use CRM and marketing technology for data analysis, campaign measurement, and decision-making to improve marketing effectiveness. Qualifications and Skills Experience: 4+ years in marketing, communications, or PR, ideally in a professional services environment. Education: Tertiary qualifications in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field. Versatility: Skilled in multiple marketing disciplines, including content creation, digital campaigns, sponsorship management, and event coordination. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
