The Opportunity Ready to make a difference and flex your creative skills? Flagstaff is looking for a vibrant Marketing Officer for a full-time position based in Unanderra for a Fixed term contract of 12 months with a possibility of extension (Full-time or Part-time). You will work with our Marketing team to elevate Flagstaff's brand and reach in supporting individuals with disabilities. From managing campaigns to creating eye-catching content, this role has it all!
What You'll Do: Shape and share our story with accessible and engaging content across digital and print with in-house equipment provided for videography and photography. Plan and coordinate exciting events, expos, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility. Assist in attracting new customers to our social enterprises and NDIS services. Craft high-quality visuals, videos, stories and reels and stay ahead of social media trends. Collaborate with various business divisions and build positive relationships with staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth and impactful communications. This position is an excellent opportunity to learn, be innovative, and try new things from grant writing to human-centered marketing technologies. Who You Are: A person that wants to work and support people with disabilities. Have at least 12 months plus of marketing, advertising or public relations experience. Digital-savvy with a knack for writing content and campaigns. Experienced in both digital and traditional marketing. A team player, great communicator, and forward-thinker. Proficient in Microsoft Office, quick to learn new tools, and excited to jump into project management. Previous experience using platforms like Illustrator and Photoshop is desirable. Willing to travel between office locations (Illawarra, Shoalhaven, and Macarthur). Ready to obtain National Police Clearance, NDIS check and WWCC. Annual salary will depend on experience in a range of $65,000 to $80,000 , plus 11.5% superannuation. $15,900 tax-free earning through salary packaging. Support in maintaining your NDIS Worker Clearance, Working With Children (WWC) Check Police Clearance and First Aid certification. Access to an Employee Assistance Program. Annual paid picnic day.
