Who are we looking for?
With over 5 years in marketing or communications, you have a proven track record of planning, delivering, and measuring successful campaigns.
Self-motivated and proactive, you thrive working independently while also being a collaborative team player. You easily adapt to changing market trends and business needs, with proficiency in MS Office and some experience in Adobe Suite.
You'll have strong communication skills, creative thinking, analytical abilities and attention to detail - ensuring efficient and effective marketing efforts and helping you to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and optimise strategies.
What can you expect to be doing?
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll act as a central coordinator for internal stakeholders while you collaborate with external creative contractors.
You will support the AnglicareSA marketing strategy across all parts of our business including Aged Care, Community Services, Disability Services, Housing and Corporate Services.
Contribute to impactful marketing plans that boost brand awareness and generate leads.
Monitor campaign performance, suggest improvements and conduct competitor analysis to enhance our impact and strategic positioning.
Ensure our brand shines consistently, produce engaging materials and organise events that bring people together.
Create targeted campaigns to connect with our community and enhance engagement.
Champion a customer-first approach and foster a positive, inclusive culture.
What do you need to bring?
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field.
5 years + in a marketing or communications role, with a proven track record in planning, delivering, and measuring integrated campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and some experience Adobe Suite (In-Design, Illustrator, PhotoShop and AdobePro) preferred but not required.
