We are looking for a enthusiastic and skilled Marketing Officer for a full time permanent role in our Booragoon Office. You will love this role if you:

What you will need to be successful:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing role Qualification in Marketing or a related field Experience with digital marketing, advertising and the development and execution of marketing/communication plans High level of written communication skills with experience writing for various marketing channels, (website, social media, direct to consumer email, search, print advertising) High level computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems, and experience using SharePoint, Canva, and online marketing channels including social media platforms High level of attention to detail along with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities Ability to work collaboratively and strong interpersonal skills to influence a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation Can-do attitude and ability to problem solve Ability to obtain a police clearance and Working with Children check
Duties include:
Support the development and implementation of our marketing and engagement strategy Lead marketing projects and initiatives to drive engagement with our target audiences Develop and produce marketing collateral and digital content, with a strong emphasis on copy-writing, editing and creative design Day to day management of digital content updates on websites and social media Assist in the creation of advertising content to drive increased brand awareness and business growth Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure availability of promotional material including organisation of printing and merchandising materials as required Maintain Googles business profiles and other corporate platforms Prepare internal communications to support key messages, and staff engagement Organisation of internal and external events
