We are seeking a passionate marketing and communications all-rounder to elevate and build MSWA's brand and fundraising activities within WA.
06th September, 2024 For over 50 years, MSWA has been at the forefront of providing personalised support to those living with neurological conditions.
We are proud of the range services we provide our Clients (West Australians living with neuro conditions) including Allied Health, in-home care, and high-support accommodation.
Our Marketing team is always looking to use data and insights to inform campaigns and activity, within marketing, and across the wider organisation.
As our Marketing Officer, you will utilise your skills and experience to champion MSWA's brand; 'Life not limits' - through a range of touchpoints including marketing campaigns, PR activities and community events.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Officer, you'll work on exciting integrated campaigns which showcase 'Life not limits', featuring our wonderful MSWA Clients, conduct insightful marketing research and promote MSWA's events to reach attendance and fundraising targets.
You will have the opportunity to get to know our Clients and share their stories far and wide.
As a result, you will help build MSWA's reputation as a warm and inviting organisation and leader in the disability sector.
Some of your core tasks will include: Implementation and execution of a variety of end-to-end campaigns Overseeing the creation of branded collateral, working with in-house designers, field experts from across the MSWA organisation and external agencies Assisting in market research projects Using your knowledge and analytical skills to track and interpret data Assisting with PR activities including internal and external communications Exploring and implementing tools/plugins to optimise digital marketing
This is an exciting and varied role; no two days will be the same!
Your toolkit: Tertiary level qualification in marketing or other relevant discipline A broad range of marketing skills such as brand, digital, marketing, communications, media, PR Experience working with successful, multi-channel marketing campaigns The ability to write a concise and clear brief and provide constructive feedback in a timely manner Excited about digging into and interpreting data Strong storytelling, interpersonal and communications skills Enthusiastic, passionate and positive attitude Capability in CMS and eDM systems A NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain – we can help you there if so)
