What is the role? As this role is part-time, we are happy to work with you to provide flexibility in how this could look.
Ideally, we would be after someone between 25-30 hours per week.

This role is responsible for creating outcome-focused marketing material – your content creation will directly assist our sales team. Maintaining and enhancing our website, social media platforms, and print-based materials. All things marketing, graphic design, and communications! You will also assist with showcasing the talent of both our team and our apprentices and trainees, by helping to put together award nominations, and then highlighting all of our wins! Duties Include: Working with our operational team to execute our strategic marketing plan and create engaging and fun content to reach our many target markets.
Your content will help us achieve growth outcomes. This will also include content creation for internal campaigns to motivate, inspire, and encourage our staff. We use Adobe Creative Cloud (including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.
), WordPress, Google Marketing Platform (Ads, Analytics, My Business, etc.
), Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Microsoft Office Suite, and lots more.
Experience using these tools is advantageous, as is a solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles, including social media and web analytics. About you: We're looking for a bubbly, authentic wordsmith with a passion for storytelling and an interest in relationship development. An ability to think outside the box is a must, but if you can edit videos, have some graphic design skills and can use a variety of technology and apps, then you just might be the unicorn we've been looking for!
