Job Purpose
· Serve as an important member of the Marketing team
· Update and maintain customer information database
· Maintain the current markets and develop new markets
· Report to the Marketing Manager
Job Responsibility1) developing, implementing and monitoring a variety of marketing campaigns;
2) organizing and managing daily/weekly job schedules and formulating marketing strategies;
3) liaison with clients;
4) meeting customers, processing documents for sales;
5) issuing quotations/invoices; &
6) general administration duties.
Job Requirements:1) Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment, preferably in a position relevant to Marketing;2) Excellent written and interpersonal skills.3) Intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Office Suite.4) Ability to speak a second language highly regarded.
