About Museums Victoria Museums Victoria cares for the State scientific and cultural collections, providing visitor access, activities and events at five distinct venues: Melbourne Museum, Immigration Museum, Scienceworks, IMAX Cinema and world heritage listed Royal Exhibition Building.
As a Marketing Officer, you'll be the architect behind integrated content and promotional campaigns that build audiences, drive visitation, and enhance the experience of all who visit Museums Victoria's venues.
From exhibitions to programs and events, you'll play a vital role in sharing our vision and mission with the world.
Key Responsibilities: Develop integrated marketing plans to attract and engage audiences across Museums Victoria's venues.Design and execute promotional campaigns using bought, owned, and shared channels to maximise reach and impact.Manage budgets, negotiate with external agencies, and deliver excellent ROI.Create insightful post-campaign reports to drive future marketing success.Coordinate production of video and photographic content to support campaign strategies.Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver campaign assets on time and with flair.About You You're a creative problem-solver with a knack for connecting with diverse audiences.
Your skills include:
Proven experience planning and delivering end-to-end promotional campaigns across a variety of channels as part of a holistic marketing mix.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and nurture productive relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.Superior written and verbal communication skills.Excellent planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines.A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.How to Apply: To view the position description, visit Careers - Museums Victoria.
