What You Will Be Working On As our Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels to support our sales goals and enhance our brand image. You will manage all marketing initiatives, from digital marketing and content creation to events and social media. You will work closely with the Sales team and have the support of external agencies to develop engaging content and materials, monitor campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to optimise our marketing efforts.
What Type of Person will be Successful We're looking for an experienced B2B marketing professional with a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and project management skills. You should be experienced in managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously and have excellent knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and CRM software. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and the events industry will be a plus.
To succeed in this role, you should be action-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable relating to diverse groups of people. You'll be planning and aligning work to meet our organisational goals and building strong customer relationships.
