You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns and client partnership programs, driving brand awareness, generating leads, and nurturing customer relationships. This role plays a critical part in increasing awareness, interest, and demand for Stage and Screen's specialized travel program management services, with a strong focus on delivering qualified leads to the sales team. In addition, up to 20% of the role involves collaborating with a global team spanning the UK, Canada, USA, and New Zealand to help drive brand expansion beyond Australia. The position reports directly to the GM of Australia, with a dotted line to the SVP Global Brand Marketing - Corporate Traveller, as Stage and Screen operates within Corporate Traveller in these other countries. We're seeking a self-starter who excels in working independently, capable of balancing high-level strategic thinking with detailed execution, while also contributing to our global growth. Your responsibilities: Campaign and Program Execution: Take full ownership of the marketing output by leading and executing Manage relationships with external agencies and contractors, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives. Oversee the briefing process, from creative concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, content, digital, sales, etc.) to ensure seamless campaign implementation. Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including PR, digital, content, social media, email, and events. Utilise marketing tools and software to design, implement, and monitor campaigns, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and informative marketing collateral (sales materials, website content, etc.). Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding campaign progress and results. Performance - Data Analysis & Optimisation: Analyse marketing performance data and provide insights to adjust strategies for optimal results. Track and report on key metrics and campaign outcomes to the leadership team, showcasing ROI and business impact. Analyse data to gain insights into customer behavior and campaign effectiveness to continuously optimise campaign performance (ROI, lead generation, etc.). Own 'in-flight' budget management and accountability, focusing on achieving ROI targets. Internal Stakeholder & External Partner Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including leadership, operations, and product and supply teams, to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives. Work closely with the sales team to execute successful demand generation initiatives and provide them with necessary campaign enablement and content. Collaborate with a global team spanning the UK, Canada, USA, and New Zealand, with up to 20% of the role focused on working together to drive brand expansion beyond Australia. Who you are: At least 5 years of experience in B2 B marketing campaign, program or marketing management roles with a proven ability to manage all aspects of the marketing function independently. Demonstrated experience in both strategic marketing planning and on-the-tools execution, with a track record of delivering successful campaigns. Strong understanding of B2 B marketing principles and best practices across various channels (ATL, BTL, digital, social media). Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills. Familiarity with CANVA, Word Press, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua). Skilled in media relations.
