About the role:
Join a supportive, collaborative and fun centre management team as the Marketing Manager responsible for boosting foot traffic and sales in a shopping centre based in the Gold Coast, working directly for the landlord.
Duties:

Develop marketing strategies to boost foot traffic, tenant sales, and brand image Liaising with retailers, customers, agencies and the community on promotions and events Manage digital presence: website, social media, email marketing, and online ads Conduct market research to track trends, preferences, and competitor activities Create marketing materials and digital content consistent with the shopping centre's branding Control annual marketing budget to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness Skills and Experience:
Marketing Manager with shopping centre experience is essential Strong experience with digital and social media marketing strategies Ability to roll out creative and fresh campaigns that target the local community Have a collaborative, professional and empathetic approach How to apply:
