Marketing Manager - Residential Projects

Working directly with the Project Director, you will run the marketing activity with regards to the significant portfolio of projects, taking ownership of end to end marketing tasks for a number of the developments with the support of a marketing coordinator.
This is an ideal opportunity for a strong marketing manager with previous experience in residential real estate to take control, ownership and responsibility across campaign management and analysis, branding and marketing research.
Creative and adaptable, you must have a proven ability to work in a fast paced environment with conflicting deadlines.
Exposure to the real estate or residential project is essential.
Responsibilities: Provide high-quality marketing, while ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness for the smooth running of all corporate & project campaigns. Lead, develop and manage the marketing team. Working with the Project Coordinator to implement/execute the project marketing plan for an upcoming launch. Develop effective relationships with key personnel within the designated supplier groups to ensure effective lines of communication are available at all times and best rates achieved. Key point of contact with partners and suppliers, managing relationships in the media, advertising and PR. Provide for all social media marketing channels and identify new areas to promote the business. Manage all online listings across multiple portals to ensure all information is up to date, accurate and dominant above competitors. Creating marketing budgets. Working closely with sales on feedback and recalibrating strategy where required. Skills: A degree in Marketing is desirable. Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical ability. Superior planning and organizing with high attention to detail. Work tight to deadlines. Local experience within major residential developments (exposure to high-density and apartments is favored). An understanding of running projects. Strong problem-solving skills, a high degree of professionalism, a positive outlook. Benefits: International Company. Friendly and supportive team.
