Perpetual Group is an ASX-listed company (ASX:PPT) headquartered in Sydney, Australia, currently consisting of 11 leading brands across three distinct businesses: Asset Management, Wealth Management and Corporate Trust.
Following the completion of a comprehensive Strategic Review in May 2024, it was announced that Perpetual Limited will become a standalone Asset Management business, and has entered into an agreement with an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) who will acquire the Corporate Trust and Wealth Management businesses.
About the role An exciting opportunity to be part of the Perpetual Corporate Trust (PCT) Business as Marketing Manager.
Perpetual Corporate Trust (PCT), a specialist business within the Perpetual Group, is a leading fiduciary, custody and digital business in Australia, with operations in Singapore.
The Marketing Manager will be the lead for acquisition, retention, and cross-sell strategies across PCT and is responsible for executing marketing initiatives that align with PCT's business strategy, enhancing client engagement and supporting long-term growth.
Key objectives include:
Drive targeted marketing strategies to attract, retain, and expand relationships across PCT's primary client segments:Global and domestic investment managersFinancial institutions, including ADIs and non-ADIs, such as major banks, regional banks, non-banks, and mutualsCorporations. About the Role As the Marketing Manager within Perpetual Corporate Trust, you will:
Oversee the end-to-end management and execution of campaigns and events, coordinating effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners.Conduct analysis post-campaign to assess ROI and measure marketing impact.Provide client communication and business marketing support as scheduled and as needed.
This includes managing core product and service marketing collateral, tools, resources, and templates.Drive and oversee the scheduling and execution of events.Ensure strict adherence to Perpetual brand guidelines.
Maintain up-to-date branded templates, providing business units with access and training as required.Produce and update marketing collateral, including direct website content updates and coordination with agencies for complex tasks.
Liaise with martech suppliers and build EDM templates.Work with the Marketing Communications Manager to drive engagement on the PCT LinkedIn channel through strategic content development.Manage and oversee client data accuracy.
Collaborate with business units to maintain up-to-date data, and provide training and support for CRM data management.Support new business initiatives as they arise.Ensure adherence to marketing processes and policies, including obtaining necessary sign-offs and conducting audits.Contribute ideas to improve marketing and operational efficiency.Work closely with PCT business teams to ensure all distribution and marketing initiatives are implemented on time.Engage proactively with stakeholders across the business to ensure buy-in, driving the success of a segment-focused strategy.Work closely with the Marketing Communications Manager to jointly support client communication efforts.
Together, develop, coordinate, and execute effective communication strategies that resonate with clients and reinforce brand integrity. About you We're looking for someone with:
Relevant tertiary educationMinimum 5 years marketing experience and experience in B2B or Institutional financial services marketing industrySolid understanding of marketing principles, methods, and strategies, with experience across a broad range of disciplines, including digital, advertising, PR, social media, events, brand management, content development, and referral partnershipsStrong skills in events managementDemonstrated project and campaign coordination skills, from concept to measurement and analysisProven project and campaign management skills from initial idea through to measurement and analysisDigital native with strong CRM expertiseStrong idea generation skills - proactive and creative.
