You will collaborate closely with sales, clinical, product, and APAC regional marketing teams to develop and implement channel-specific strategies and campaigns that resonate with orthodontists, dental professionals, and key partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, experience in healthcare, dentistry, or orthodontics, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to achieve business objectives.In this role, you will…Channel Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan tailored to the orthodontic channel, focused on increasing market penetration, utilisation and driving sales growth.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the orthodontic segment.Clinical/Technical Marketing Expertise: Demonstrate strong clinical and technical understanding of orthodontic segment needs and how our products and solutions address these unmet clinical needs.Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with orthodontists, practice managers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and partners to drive co-marketing initiatives and campaigns. Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals. Actively visit and work with customers and practices.Campaign Management: Create, manage, and measure marketing campaigns and promotions, ensuring alignment with channel strategies and business goals.Training & Support: Collaborate with sales, clinical, and training teams to provide marketing support, sales tools, and materials that enhance the effectiveness of channel partners.Content Creation: Develop channel-specific content, including digital assets, sales collateral, email marketing, webinars, and other promotional materials.Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all channel touchpoints.Portfolio and Promotion Planning: Ensure we have the right portfolio to meet our key business and customer needs; develop Promotion strategy and initiatives to drive customer behavior aligned with business objectives.Marketing analytics, ROI, and Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse channel performance using key metrics, providing actionable insights to optimise marketing efforts.Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets for orthodontic channel, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximising ROI.Event Management: Plan marketing initiatives for industry events, conferences, and trade shows relevant to orthodontic and dental professionals.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, clinical, regulatory, legal, product, consumer marketing, sales, and finance teams, to align marketing strategies and tactics with business needs.In this role, you'll need …This is a hands-on position requiring an individual with a proven track record of working effectively in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. Equipped with a strong Marketing technical background, the individual must be able to work at all levels of the organization. The individual needs to possess the flexibility and agility to enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic business and be capable of managing multiple projects, demands, and priorities. Individual should enjoy, appreciate and have a facility for interacting with people from many cultures and diverse backgrounds.Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field.A minimum of 8 years of related work experience is required, preferably in the medical device, dental, or orthodontic industry. Experience in a commercial capacity, i.e., sales, marketing, business development or general management is an advantage.Excellent influencing, communication, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset; evaluate complex issues and recommend and implement practical solutions.Strong sense of initiative, ability to work independently, resourcefulness, and accountability.Experience and ability to build strong customer relationships with doctors, KOLs, and other channel partners is required.Strong business partnering skills and collaboration across multiple groups and organizational levels (internal and external) and excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
