About the role:The role reports directly into the Senior Marketing Manager and is supported by our shared services marketing team to enable campaign execution across channels. This role will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the marketing strategy to develop brand awareness, drive leads and revenue for Avant Practice Solutions – New Ventures. The focus of the role is the creation, execution and review of marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role and will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a suite of solutions. Adopting a data-driven approach to all activity, the role will contribute to building awareness and a sales pipeline through lead generation and cross-sell.
Key accountability:Develop campaign strategies aligned with the overall marketing and business objectives.Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive awareness and leads.Measure and optimise campaign reporting across multi-channels.Work collaboratively with a diverse network of internal stakeholders.Skills and experience required:Previous experience in a similar campaign management role.Experience within B2B environments, preferably professional services.Proven track record of developing and executing end-to-end multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, search, display, webinar, events.Delivery of multi-channel campaigns on time and within budget including agency briefing, assets, spend and measuring success.Ability to analyse campaign performance, continuously test and optimise to improve ROI and conversion outcomes.Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on GTM and revenue targets.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts are innovative and effective.We have a diverse and connected work environment where your contribution and ideas will be valued and respected, making a real difference to the lives of others.
