The key mission of Purebaby is to create beautiful, naturally inspired baby and children's textiles products, which are easily accessible to the consumer.
The aim is to do this without compromising on the organisation's social responsibility.
Purebaby is looking for the perfect candidate to drive our brand pillars through our dynamic marketing team.
This role is a 12 month contract for a maternity leave cover.
The role will be based in Purebaby's open plan Head Office in Cremorne close to great cafes and transport and we are flexible with hybrid work from home arrangements.
This RoleAs the Marketing Manager for Purebaby, you'll take the lead in shaping the way our brand connects with customers.
You'll oversee end-to-end campaign planning, brand positioning, and media engagement while aligning key stakeholders (internal and external agencies) to deliver our marketing initiatives.

The Day to DayManage agency relationships and marketing budgets.Align the business behind marketing strategy and deliver on strategy.Develop and maintain an integrated marketing calendar that aligns brand priorities across all channels.Lead weekly cross-functional WIP meetings to ensure alignment on campaign timelines and execution.Liaise with internal teams (e-commerce, design and planning) to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.Conduct brand and competitor analyses to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with media, influencers, and brand partners to amplify campaign reach and impact.Track campaign performance, analyse data, and generate insights to optimise future initiatives.Draft and manage detailed marketing briefs for internal teams and external agencies.Ensure all campaigns align with Purebaby's brand positioning.What You Need3-5 years in a marketing management role, ideally within lifestyle, consumer goods, or sustainability-focused brands.Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.Comprehensive understanding of integrated campaign planning, including the ability to develop and manage marketing calendars.Proficiency in briefing and tracking marketing activities, ensuring campaigns align with overall brand strategy.Expertise in brand positioning and competitor analysis, using insights to drive growth and differentiation.Excellent analytical skills for evaluating campaign performance, generating insights, and making data-driven decisions.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively align internal teams and external stakeholders.Your application will include the following questions:
