The Loyalty Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and optimising loyalty and rewards programs that drive customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
This role utilises customer data and insights to create personalised offers, rewards, and incentives that strengthen customer relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
You will ensure the loyalty program aligns with business objectives and communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers, contributing to revenue growth and customer lifetime value.
