With our ongoing growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Marketing Manager to join our Head Office support team in Keilor Park.About the RoleYou will be responsible for:Developing, coordinating, and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy.Designing and executing marketing campaigns to boost enrolments, guide families through the marketing funnel, and enhance brand presence.Improving the customer journey to enhance the overall experience and retention strategies.Staying ahead of market trends and identifying new growth opportunities.Collaborating with Centre Directors and the Head Office team to ensure alignment with growth objectives.Managing budgets to optimise ROI for all marketing initiatives and campaigns.Developing localised marketing campaigns tailored to individual centre communities.Building partnerships with local businesses, schools, and community organisations.Creating parent engagement strategies, including loyalty programs and feedback initiatives.Ensuring brand consistency across all centres and marketing channels.Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibilities and duties of the role:Develop and implement an end-to-end marketing strategy to enhance brand image, grow occupancy, and maximise revenue.Manage and maintain the company CRM system to streamline workflows and customer engagement.Create and oversee marketing content across multiple platforms, including blogs, EDMs, and social media posts.Update and manage the company website (WordPress), including creating campaign-specific landing pages.Lead rebranding and repositioning initiatives to strengthen the company's profile.Directly manage and grow the company's presence on social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc).Develop and implement an annual marketing calendar and coordinate events such as open days, roadshows, and exhibitions.Create promotional materials, newsletters, and brochures while producing and editing video content for YouTube and social platforms.Collaborate with the CEO, brand strategist, and senior management on promotional strategies.Act as a bridge between teams, providing clear briefs and facilitating open communication to avoid silos.Monitor and enhance the company's web presence using tools like Google Analytics.Lead, mentor, and motivate team members, fostering collaboration and creativity while addressing challenges proactively.Review and approve designs, content, and customer experience initiatives to ensure consistency with the brand voice and standards.Regularly assess team performance through KPIs, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.Ensure customer experience feedback informs graphic and content development to enhance user satisfaction.About You - Experiences & SkillsTo thrive in this role, you will need:Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and Communications.Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing and communications.Expertise in managing social media campaigns, Google AdWords, and basic graphic design software.Proficiency in SEO strategies and familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot.Experience with marketing, surveying, SEO, Google Analytics, Meta, WordPress, Canva, and Project and Workflow Management tools.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WordPress, and graphic and video editing software.A proactive and innovative mindset, with strong time management and organisational skills.Flexibility, resourcefulness, and a willingness to travel between worksites (current driver's licence required).What's on Offer?Attractive salary package with annual KPI bonuses.Supportive leadership team and collaborative colleagues.Opportunity to make the role your own and drive impactful change.Autonomy and flexibility in a vibrant, team-oriented environment with great work-life balance.
