Our Marketing Manager - Money is an important supporting role in the business that is highly influential in delivering business outcomes for our key revenue driver (personal loans).
The role supports driving awareness of the LFS brand and bringing it to life with potential customers across key media channels.
This is a role that needs to be customer first, delivering high value communications to customers at the right time, right place and with the right value - all while creating great customer experiences.
The role: Responsible for developing, implementing and managing a highly effective above the line and online marketing strategy that attracts, converts and retains profitable customers at an acceptable cost per application.
This will include paid advertising (e.g., PPC, display, social media ads), affiliate marketing, and other online channels.
Some key responsibilities: Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various marketing channels and campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.Ad Creatives and Content: Collaborate with Brand/Creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page content that resonate with the target audience and drive conversions.Data Analysis: Continuously analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.Conversion Rate Optimization: Implement CRO strategies to improve the conversion rate of landing pages and websites, ensuring a seamless user experience.Reporting and Metrics: Generate regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
KPIs may include ROI, CAC, click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and customer lifetime value (CLTV).Testing: Identify successful strategies and tactics, and scale them for greater impact while continuously testing and experimenting with new approaches.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact campaign performance or budget allocation.Personalization and Segmentation: Utilize MarTech tools to create personalized and targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation and behaviour analysis.About you: It is essential that you have a strong understanding of Social Media advertising across major platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and an awareness of Website Analytics (mostly in Google Analytics).
Ideally, someone with a proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
You come with hands-on experience/skills in platforms such as Google AdWords, Bing Ads, SA360, DV360, CM360, GA4 etc.
It is imperative you bring a collaborative approach, given you will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative teams, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Strong analytical skills and a metrics measurement background (Monitor competitors' performance marketing efforts to identify opportunities and threats in the market).Excellent communication and project management skills, the ability to consistently meet deadlines and work on multiple projects at one time.Deep understanding of data or data modelling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.This is an end-to-end role with lots of growth opportunities.
You will have exposure to lots of different projects where you are supported by your team.
You know the importance of keeping things moving, working in a high-paced environment and juggling multiple priorities.
