This outstanding opportunity will play a key role in executing organisational marketing and events strategy, maximising brand awareness, and leading a team in the delivery of multi-faceted projects and initiatives.Reporting directly to the CEO, the Marketing Manager will be making a positive contribution to business growth, with key responsibilities including:Leading the development and implementation of strategic and brand appropriate marketing strategy for business venturesManaging the marketing department budgetLeading and developing organisational digital marketing solutions as well as overseeing marketing content creationLeading and developing the marketing and events teamManaging external advertisingManaging and actively seeking opportunities to grow sponsorshipDeveloping and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and providersApplicants must possess the following skills and experience:A minimum of three (3) years' experience in a similar Marketing roleRelevant certifications or degree qualifications in Marketing, Communications of Public Relations (preferred but not essential)The ability to lead a team of marketing and events professionalsExperience in briefing and working with suppliersProven planning, logistics and production skillsStrong team playing ability#J-18808-Ljbffr
