About the job:

Take charge of marketing strategy and creative direction
Work on highly visible marketing campaigns
Leadership role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager has ownership of the annual marketing plan and is responsible for the management of all brand, customer and member communications for St Lukes with the purpose of driving growth, retention, and building our long-term brand health.
You will be responsible for leading a small team of marketing professionals with a key part of the role being your passion to contribute to team culture and bringing new ideas to life!
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Extensive experience in a similar marketing leadership role
Demonstrated experience building relationships and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in team management
Proven experience in planning and managing highly visible marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels based on customer insights and analytics
Experience in contributing to a positive team and organisational culture
