Our members include large and small companies which invest, own, manage and develop all forms of property as well as providers of professional services to the industry.Position PurposeLead the execution of marketing campaigns for the Property Council ensuring alignment with our national marketing objectives.
This role will strengthen brand consistency and recognition and, working collaboratively across the business, drive national campaigns and marketing activities for maximum commercial impact and member value.Key responsibilitiesActively manage campaign timelines and resource allocation.Serve as primary contact for internal stakeholders and provide timely updates on campaign performance.Lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure timely and accurate execution of national marketing plans.Lead the implementation of the Property Council's marketing strategy.Manage the ongoing use of the new brand Blueprint and Guidelines.Lead team of marketing professionals responsible for the design and delivery of engaging digital content for marketing activities.Achieve advertising and digital marketing commercial targets from clients and business partnerships.Develop and implement digital marketing analytics and measurement tools and reporting processes to monitor impact.Experience and skillsMinimum 10+ years' experience in account management, campaign management and marketing.Ability to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced service-oriented environment.Strong account management skills with the ability to prioritize stakeholders' needs, manage expectations and deliver results.Ability to write clearly and concisely.Sound understanding of graphic design principles and brand.Excellent time and project management skills and able to meet deadlines on time and on budget.
