THE COMPANY:Our client is one of Sydney's top registered clubs and they're looking for a Marketing Manager on a contractual basis.THE ROLE:The main responsibilities include the following:Take full ownership of the events rebrand project, leading the development of branding and marketing collateral while planning and executing a seamless launch strategy.Manage the development of the new website to align with rebrand objectives and drive go-to-market activities for successful engagement.Oversee marketing and brand identity for allocated venues, delivering targeted campaign planning, menu promotions, and strategic marketing initiatives to support business goals.Develop and implement marketing plans that align with the club's objectives, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.Lead promotional campaigns, member initiatives, and community programs while coordinating with internal teams for successful event rollouts and activations.Brief and manage external agencies across design, social media, digital, PR, photography, videography, visual merchandising, and promotional materials.Assist stakeholders in planning and executing major events, launches, and venue activations.Oversee visual merchandising and signage to ensure consistent branding and a seamless customer experience.Maintain and grow the presence of recently launched venues through strategic marketing and promotional activities.YOU:The ideal candidate will be a strong, hands-on, and strategic marketing generalist with 5–7 years of experience in branding, communications, and integrated campaigns.Proven track record in leading branding and communications projects from concept to execution.Skilled in managing fast-paced, integrated campaigns while balancing multiple stakeholders, including agency relationships.Experienced in overseeing project management for the development and rollout of brand communications and collateral, including shoot management, copy development, and content ideation and creation.You will need strong branding and communication skills as well as project management experience.If you are free immediately, open to a contract role, and happy to be based 5 days in the office, then we look forward to hearing from you.
