Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with organisational goals and objectivesConduct market research and analyse consumer trends to identify new opportunitiesOversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, social media, email, and traditional channelsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experienceManage and optimise marketing budgets to maximise return on investmentAnalyse campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing initiativesLead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative environmentQualificationsProven experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role, with a strong track record of successful marketing campaignsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectivelyProficiency in marketing analytics and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.)Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPCFamiliarity with marketing automation software and content creation toolsStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire othersBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferredKnowledge of the Australian market, consumer trends, and advertising regulationsAdditional InformationACAP focuses on shared values and strengths across our teams, you will work together with others committed to transforming lives through education in a purpose-driven, engaging, and supportive team environment.
