As the Marketing Manager for our Beauty portfolio, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that will elevate our Beauty brands and drive category growth. Your role will involve defining and implementing consumer-centric strategies to strengthen brand equity, increase consumer engagement, and expand our market presence.As the Marketing Manager for our Health Portfolio, featuring brands like Maseur and Fusion, you will lead a passionate team of marketers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our marketing efforts align with business objectives and respond to evolving market trends. Join us at McPherson's and be a key player in advancing the legacy of our iconic brands while steering them towards a dynamic future.Key Accountabilities:Developing long-term Portfolio Strategies spanning key geographic markets.Delivering strong differentiated brand positionings that unlock long-term growth by delivering to consumer needs.Developing and implementing strategic brand plans that build equity and unlock long-term category and business growth.Driving communication strategies and rolling 12-18 month media plans that build equity and drive brand growth.Developing and implementing strong 3-5 year innovation pipelines working collaboratively with our Product Development and Sourcing teams to unlock category growth opportunities and deliver to consumer needs.Building and encouraging a deep understanding of macro category and consumer trends & insights to support marketing strategies.Managing agency relationships and driving deliverables with creative, media, and research partners.Effectively fostering strong internal collaboration across the organisation.Inspiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing a passionate team of marketers.Managing marketing budgets and portfolio & brand P&Ls.Marketing Leadership team collaboration to inspire and foster a strong marketing culture.About you:Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or business-related fields.Minimum of 5+ years marketing experience with people management ideally in FMCG, Beauty & OTC/Health (category dependent).Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategy for a portfolio of brands.Strong stakeholder management and impact.Strong business and commercial acumen.A passion for brands and a consumer-centric mindset putting consumers at the heart.Proven financial and analytical skills in particular in the areas of budget and P&L management.Strong communication and presentation skills.To be considered for the Marketing Manager Beauty position you must have a strong interest and passion for the category with a preference for Beauty industry experience.To be considered for the Marketing Manager Health position you must have previous experience in the Vitamin, Minerals, and Supplements industry and/or Consumer Healthcare.McPherson's head office is located in Kingsgrove, NSW.
