About the role Due to an internal Promotion we are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our SOFE Portfolio (Spreads, Oils & Flavour Enhancers).
Working with some of Australias most loved brands including Praise, Olive Grove, Cornwells and Hollbrooks, the Marketing manager is responsible for driving profitable growth of our SOFE portfolio to ensure effective leadership and collaboration of cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business initiatives in line with our portfolio strategy and prioritisation.
As well as their key brand portfolio, there will be opportunity to work across key initiatives across the GF portfolio.
Specifically you will be responsible for: Development and implementation of annual strategic plan - to drive category and brand portfolio growth, long term equity & consumer and shopper preferenceLead portfolio optimisation to drive incremental profit Maintain a high level of insight into relevant local and global trends in the category, consumer, shopper and trade dynamics that impact on portfolio performance and managementDrive the development of innovation plans for their brands and associated brand strategies Overseeing implementation of brand strategy to deliver a seamless brand experience About you Degree qualified in Marketing or Business and 9+ years brand management experience 5+ years experience within FMCG Leadership of direct report/s Leadership of complex x-functional projects Experience in brand equity and shopper campaigns Experience in developing category strategy and building category reviews Proficient with IRI (Aztec) and Quantium Strong internal and external stakeholder management (essential) In return for your passion and success, we will reward you with a competitive remuneration package and help you to achieve personal and professional growth and development in a flexible working environment.
