Brecks Group is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced and innovative team.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.
This is a highly visible role that will require a creative and analytical thinker who is passionate about all aspects of marketing.
Key Responsibilities: – Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company goals and objectives
– Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
– Create and execute multi-channel campaigns that target specific customer segments
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, such as product brochures and sales presentations
– Manage and analyze website performance, SEO, and PPC campaigns to optimize for lead generation and customer acquisition
– Utilize social media platforms to engage with target audience and increase brand presence
– Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data-driven insights
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into marketing strategies
– Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
– Identify and build relationships with potential business partners and sponsorships opportunities
– Attend and represent Brecks Group at industry events and conferences
Qualifications: – Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
– 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry
– Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns
– Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC
– Experience with CRM and marketing automation software (e.g.
Salesforce, HubSpot)
– Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts
– Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
– Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
– Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and strategies in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Passion for the marketing industry and a desire to continuously learn and grow
– Experience working with remote teams is a plus
