Position Overview: The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that support our brand and property initiatives. Working closely with an external marketing agency, you will be responsible for managing property marketing campaigns, corporate marketing initiatives, and enhancing our overall brand presence. This role requires a proactive leader who can work independently, delegate effectively, and deliver results efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and oversee strategic marketing campaigns for property listings, leasing, and corporate brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with external marketing agencies to create and launch high-impact property marketing campaigns.
• Manage corporate marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand goals and objectives.
• Analyse campaign performance, generating reports and insights for continuous improvement.
• Oversee property campaigns timelines with departmental team support to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales and property management, to support integrated marketing efforts.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, especially within the real estate industry.
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably within the commercial space.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, with strong delegation and leadership skills.
• Experience working with external marketing agencies on campaign planning and execution.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in measuring campaign performance and ROI.
• Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud Suites including InDesign, Photoshop etc, Surga, or similar CRM tools).
• Familiarity with social media platforms, Google Analytics, SEO, and Native Ads campaigns.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
