Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we're looking for a talented, full-time or part-time Marketing Manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia.

About the role Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you'll be responsible for:
Campaign Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns centered around events such as conferences and content related to clinical trials in targeted therapeutic areas; Vendor Management: Oversee the contributions of medical writers, digital marketers and graphic designers to ensure high-quality and timely output; Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts on platforms such as LinkedIn and Google, focusing on both paid and organic search strategies to maximize reach and engagement; Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and tracking of ROI and other key performance metrics, including qualified leads; Branding and Quality Control: Ensure consistency in branding and the quality of all marketing materials produced, maintaining the organization's professional image; Market Research: Conduct market surveys and analyses to gain insights into market demand and interest, using this data to inform content creation and campaign strategies; Content Creation: Collaborate with medical writers to produce compelling content that resonates with our audience and supports our marketing objectives; Webinars and Webcasts: Oversee the setup, filming, and publication of webinars and webcasts to enhance our digital presence and engage with our audience; and Perform any additional duties of the role as required. To be successful in the role, we're looking for candidates with: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences and or related field; A minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role in Marketing, with strong digital marketing and vendor management experience; A sound knowledge/understanding of the clinical research industry; Experience working across the Asia Pacific region is preferred; and Strong planning and organisational skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic environment with competing projects and deadlines.
